Got Portal staff req9 energy storage max dmg +10energy
+5energy +7armor vs ele +5energy^enchanted halves spells 20% pm me ign  oc zenith..might be on with other toon

I have 2 Portal staves both req 9.
The Halves skill recharge is an inherant mod on all nightfall staves. Did you mean 20% Halves casting time as well as the inherant mod of HSR? If your after a 20/20 which would you prefer on the staff an adept head or aptitude inscription? Pm me in game I know I can get you the perfect staff.
